Now that David Crisafulli has notified Queenslanders that the Gabba will no longer be the main venue for the 2032 Olympics, as they have favoured the Victoria Park option.
While this change may have caused uncertainty for many homeowners, it’s important to remember that the real estate market remains robust.
Property values are still on the rise, and demand for homes in our area is stronger than ever.
If you have been sitting on the fence about the right time to sell; the market is hot right now, and you can still capitalise on this!
